End-User License Agreement for War on Folvos

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY

This End-User License Agreement (''EULA'') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Lonely Troops team (''AUTHOR'') for the software identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and ''online'' or electronic documentation (''SOFTWARE PRODUCT''). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. DISTRIBUTION
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a shareware. You are expected to use the demo version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. The demo version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the demo version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without written permission from the AUTHOR. You may not distribute purchased full version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

2. LICENSE GRANT
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. You may make a second copy for your exclusive use as a back-up.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You cannot loan, rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any entity or individual. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not sell, license or otherwise distribute the application files contained within the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a stand-alone basis or as part of any collection, or as part of any product or service for resale except where such files are protected by the GNU or public domain.

4. TERMINATION
AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

5. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and applets incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the AUTHOR. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.

6. NO WARRANTIES
The AUTHOR of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided ''as is'' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall the AUTHOR of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT be liable for any special, consequential,
incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the AUTHOR of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.

8. SEVERABILITY
In the event any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the entire agreement between you and AUTHOR which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
